Refund policy

All Sales Are Final
Because each item is vintage/antique and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. Please review all photos, descriptions, and measurements before purchasing. I’m always happy to answer questions before you order.

Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as I begin preparing your items shortly after purchase.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage and the box

I will review your claim and issue a refund for eligible damaged items. Because each piece is unique, replacements are not available.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed to USPS/UPS, delivery timelines and tracking updates are managed by the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but missing, I will submit a lost/missing package request (must be missing for 2 weeks per USPS policies). 

Other issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If a Refund is Approved 
Due to damaged/missing items ONLY. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
